Nina Schacht - CEO bei NIDOS Academy Freelance qualitative researcher (FMCG & UX), moderator and workshop facilitator, With over a decade of experience in bringing to life successful projects – from global innovation processes to multi-national research set-ups – Nina combines strategic & analytical acumen with serious people skills.

Nina Schacht has an academic background in psychology and communications.

She is a well-trained qualitative researcher, in the business for over 15 years and with a track record of working on the key accounts of some of the largest FMCG players worldwide. By coincidence, she stepped into UX research a while ago: As interim manager, she led the UX research department of Germany’s biggest vehicle online marketplace (an ECG company) for 6 months. A year later, she built the UX research department for the German e-scooter start-up TIER Mobility from scratch.

In her career she has held senior positions at research companies such as Research International, Kantar TNS Infratest & Point-Blank.

She successfully set-up, moderated and analyzed qualitative studies on the national, European wide and global level.

Talk Abstract: While Nina is a senior researcher with more than 15 years of experience in consumer goods & UX research, her husband Dirk has been a sales guy for most of his professional life.

In this talk they will join forces to explore and debunk some common prejudices and misconceptions that each of those departments often hold against each other and how especially research and sales can profit immensely from each other’s work and become an unlikely but strong alliance in any company.
